Through a critical analysis, this thesis aims to understand the association between flexible working and employee motivation.
1.3 Objectives
Taking the preceding viewpoint into account, the following are the objectives of this research paper:
• To explore how traditional work culture should be efficiently transitioned to flexible work culture.
• To study the practices that guarantee employee motivation in on-site employees and evaluate if the said practices can be replicated for flexible workers in their original state or in modified form, for the employees to remain motivated.
• To evaluate if a flexible work structure improves employee motivation.
