Carefully listen, watch and take notes about all of the Lightning Talks as students present them to the class. In a sentence or two, explain the key point(s) and how it connects to what you learned in the course. Think about: What did you learn from the Lightning Talks? What insight was provided about the topic or issue? What do you know now that you didn’t know before? What more do you want to learn about it?
Start each takeaway with the title of the Lightning Talk and student presenter(s).
Write two or three sentences for each takeaway.
Don’t simply summarize the presentation. Note the key points and relate to
relevant concepts and theories and other course content.
Collect all your takeaways in a word document and upload to Canvas.
