OThe Assignment must be submitted on Blackboard (WORD format only) via the allocated folder.
OAssignments submitted through email will not be accepted.
oNumber of words for each answer should be 150 to 200 Words.
OStudents are advised to make their work clear and well-presented; marks may be reduced for poor presentation. This includes filling in your information on the cover page.
OStudents must mention the question number clearly in their answers.
OLate submissions will NOT be accepted/ or direct 1 mark will be deducted from the marks achieved.
oAvoid plagiarism, the work should be in your own words, copying from students or other resources without proper referencing will result in ZERO marks. No exceptions.
oUp to 20% of the total grade will be deducted for providing a poor structure of the assignment (Structure includes these elements paper style, free of spelling and grammar mistakes, referencing, and word count).
oAll answers must be typed using Times New Roman (size 12, double-spaced) font. No pictures containing text will be accepted and will be considered plagiarism).
oUse Saudi Electronic University academic writing standards and APA (7th ed) style guidelines.
oSupport your submission with course material concepts, principles, and theories from the textbook and at least two scholarly, peer-reviewed journal articles.
oSubmissions without this cover page will NOT be accepted.

Assignment’s requirements
q Use the cover page. One mark will be deducted if there is no cover page.
qAssignment must be submitted with in due date and time.
There will be maximum three(3) number of attempts allowed for a student
1st attempt and 2nd attempt – Allowed for Plagiarism check. In case of plagiarism found, it need to be resubmitted without any plagiarism for Grading.
Answers can be in paragraph and points.
3rd attempt – Grading and Comments
q Two minimum number of required references and reference style (APA, Harvard…etc.)
q Quotations must be cited to its resources.
q For the paper styles use Times New Roman, 12 font size, 1.5 line space and adjusted text.
q The student must check the spelling and grammar mistakes before submitting the assignment.
q Up to 20% of the total grade will be deducted for providing a poor structure of assignment. Structure includes these elements paper style, free of spelling and grammar mistakes, referencing and word count.
Plagiarism marking policy:
-If the SafeAssign match report equals 20% and above, the assignment will be reviewed by the instructor.
-The cover page and assignment’ questions match percentage must be excluded from the overall match percentage of SafeAssign report.
-80% and above of the answer is plagiarised, the assignment will award ZERO mark. (including identical assignments, both students award ZERO mark)
-20-79% of the answer is plagiarised, these plagiarised parts should be highlighted, and only non-plagiarised parts will be marked.
Late submission policy
-It aims to ensure that all students are treated equitably and do not gain an unfair advantage by choosing to submit their work late.
-Penalties for late submission shall be 10% of the total mark of the assignment for each day of late submission up to six calendar days after the due date.
-Assignments will not be accepted after the sixth day and the student will award ZERO mark.
– All late submissions must be made electronically through BB.
Example if the assignment is marked out of 20, deduction of 10% means a deduction of 2 marks per day.
-This policy does not cover “Extenuating Circumstances”. Examples; circumstances outside of the control of a student.

Formatting style elements
Use 1.5 line spacing with adjusting to all paragraphs (alignment).
Use the footer function to insert the page number.
Use black color for your answers.

Gentle reminder: As per the marking policy available on your blackboard, a deduction of 20% will be applied due to the below reasons:
Late submission
Poor structure of the assignment/If the word count is not correct, or if the assignment has multiple spelling, grammar, or punctuation issues.
Plagiarism is strictly prohibited and in case of copying answer either from internet or from any existing or previous students’ submission will attract 00/15 i.e. Zero marks.
