President report presentations: GROUP ASSIGNMENT: The student will be assigned a
United States president to report on & present in class. The report must concentrate on his
presidency (What policies were established? / Any domestic or foreign disturbances/hostilities? /
Accomplishments? / Failures? / The Zeitgeist of the period. / Give your overall rating of the
presidency.)The grade is based on the use of visuals (2 points), organization of the material (3
points), the knowledge of the students of the information (3 points), & the use of time (the
student has a minimum of 10 minutes & a maximum of 20 minutes to present; 2 points). The
student must use at least 3 sources; NOT Wikipedia. No plagiarism. Plagiarism can result in
complete dismissal from the class. The instructor & classmates will pose some questions to the
presenter. The presenter/presenters will also create 5 questions pertaining to their subject matter.
(These questions should be based on events that occurred during the Presidents tenure; they
must be presented to the instructor 3 days prior to the presentation.). The presentations will be
