Attached is the requirements. Below is a checklist provided.
Look for an historical topic that has multiple sides attempting to explain an event, person, or process.
Search for sources that touch upon your topic. Primary sources should be used first. Encyclopedias, either book or electronic form, are not sources, but can give good leads to sources. These include Wikipedia or The Encyclopedia Britannica.
Decide which side of the topic you want to take. This will be the basis of your argument. Create a position statement. An example is, “Flying saucers are actually a hoax.”
Use these requirements to write your paper
Follow the requirements. Pay special attention to Requirement 9, Scoring. Most of your work should be in the sections that are valued more.
