Create oribinal power point

Objectives

• Create a PowerPoint presentation on a topic of your choice.
• Demonstrate the use a variety of formatting features in PowerPoint.

Assignment Directions

1. Use Microsoft PowerPoint to create an original presentation on a topic of your choice.
2. Ensure that your presentation meets the following requirements, based on skills learned in the two previous PowerPoint assignments:
   1. At least 10 slides.
   2. An appropriate amount of text on each slide, with appropriate grammar and spelling. Remember the “7/7 rule” and try to keep each slide to 7 or fewer bullets, each with 7 or fewer words.
   3. Use a presentation theme.
      Note: you cannot use either Ion or Retrospect, which you used on the previous PowerPoint assignment.
   4. Insert at least two images. In you use non-original images, you must cite the sources. Note: “Google” is not a source!
   5. Apply picture formatting to at least one image.
   6. Use slide transitions.
   7. Include slide headers and/or footers.
   8. Add text to the Notes pane.
   9. Insert WordArt on at least one slide.
3. Save your file using your own last and first names: Lastname_Firstname_Original_Presentation.pptx.
