Hello students and welcome to your first argument analysis exercise. In this exercise, I am asking you to read a Federal indictment (SEE PDF). I have placed the copy of the indictment in Files/Argument Analysis. The purpose of this assignment is two-fold. First, I want you reading Federal court documents (not just decisions) so that you can begin to recognize and understand the genre of legal argument.
