This course is all about communicating to a diverse group of employees, and stakeholders—also
known as an internal audience—to positively shape and reshape their perceptions of an
organization. The strategic goal of an internal organizational communication plan is to create a
positive understanding of an organization.
INSTRUCTIONS
The written portions of the assignments below are to be written with standard 1′′ margins and 12
pt. Times New Roman font and must be doubles–spaced. Title page Included.
Length of assignment: 2 – 4 pages of content (excluding Title Page and Reference
Page) minimum of 9 paragraphs.
Format of assignment: Current APA with Title Page and Reference Page
Number of citations: at least 3
Acceptable sources: textbook, scholarly resources, course materials, organizational
materials
Your Challenge:
You will choose an organization to be the focus of your course project, an internal
communication plan. It is best to choose an organization you are familiar with, whether your
employer, an organization you volunteer for, or your church. This project comprises two parts,
the foundation (Completed earlier this term) to build your plan and the final internal
communication plan. Use the information from your foundation assignment to complete this
final communication plan.
