You will be assigned to a team for this assignment. Your HR team has been hired to launch a new HR department and your CEO has given your team a list of HRM initiatives to work on this year and they are broken into the following parts for your team to complete:
Part 1
Working with your group, you will write a 1 page paper introducing HRM and some goals for the new department. Conduct research on the latest trends in HR and write about those as you consider what this new HR department will have. Paper should have:
