After you have read through the course syllabus and CANVAS, you are to review a school district’s faculty and/or student handbook. If you do not have access to one, I have provided a link to the Petal High School student handbook and Clinton School District’s faculty handbook for your review. Your directions are as follows:
1. Read through the handbook(s) as if you are looking for a way to sue the teacher, administration, school or district. BEGIN TO THINK IN THE NEGATIVE VIEW!!! This is a common exercise when reviewing handbooks for changes in the coming year.
2. Identify areas that you feel are potential areas for litigation.
3. Make recommendations for changes.
The length should be no less than two pages excluding title pages in APA format. Get in the habit of giving me a full APA title page.
