In this assignment, you will explain in a Zoom presentation (7-10 minutes) the process, cost, and timeline that is required for you to be able to practice professional social work after completing this program.
First, navigate the social work licensing board in the state where you will reside upon completion of this program. Next, navigate to the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) website.
In a 7-10 minute presentation (8-12 slides, not including the title and reference slides) via Zoom, detail your findings. Be sure to read the attached “Video Best Practices” document to assist you in completing your recording.
Include in your presentation:
Create a table that shows the steps, costs, deadlines, and other information you found in your research.
Explain the process and timeline that is required for you to be able to practice professional social work after completing this program.
List out the steps in your state’s licensing process.
Lastly, place the link to your Zoom recording into the “State Licensure Presentation” document and submit it to your instructor.
