a. You will do the first book by Acevedo for the Midterm
b. You will do the second book by Cottom for the Final
2. Discuss how this book relates to at least 5 of the readings (1 – 11) assigned to you in
the same half of the class we read that book.
a. How does the Acevedo book relate to 5 of the readings numbered 1 – 8.
b. How does the Cottom book relate to 5 of the readings numbered 9 – 16.
3. Discuss the how the book relates to at least 3 of the films / videos shown in class.
a. How does the Acevedo book relate to 3 of the films shown before Week 8.
b. How does the Cottom book relate to 3 of the films shown after Week 8.
4. How these readings relate to your own life or dreams for the future.
