Based on the position you found last week, create your own plan of success for achieving this position, or one like it in the near future. Start by conducting a SWOT analysis of yourself. Identify your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and any threats associated with your skills, personality, and ability to perform the type of job. Additionally, evaluate how employers may see you, and what you can do to enhance the vision of potential employers so you become the top candidate for the position. What is, or will be, your X-factor?
The position I wrote about was sports public relations.

[Project intro:]
Each group of social entrepreneurs must create and pitch a program plan for a GLOBAL corporate social responsibility (CSR) or cause marketing (CM) program.  Your program must involve a sports entity – league, federation, team or corporation – and a cause or social issue (please refer to the Cone Report for a list of social issues). Groups are encouraged to be as creative as possible and may also use sports celebrities/spokespeople, owners, sponsors or other stakeholders (such as non-profits), in their plan.
[Note:]
This means we have a fake organization and we try to promote our CRS program to others. I already have a outline and I just need more information and researches. Please give me more details and more thoughts. I will make the font bold in green color for the part you need to add in.
And feel free to add anything to each part you even I do not mention.
