We are group of four people who need to deliver a presentation for marketing management class MKT-510. The slides need to analyzethe case and present the results with analysis and recommendation(s)to the class. The analysis requires students to apply information from the texts andlectures to the case. The case presentation will be evaluated on four criteria: 1) the soundnessand clarity of the logic underlying your argument; 2) the extent to which you integrate case factsand draw reasonable inferences from those facts; 3) the professionalism of your presentationincluding tables and appendices; and 4) the use and explanation of appropriate statistical and financial analyses.
My part of the presentation is the recommendations and sensitivity of going with which model in terms of financials. Please focus on the recommendation, which should be on expanding towards B2B model while maintaining the smaller B2C segment. Also, include budget & pro forma for both B2B model and B2C to show how the B2B can be more profitable but also show how B2C is contributing to the net profit.
