For this assignment, you must find a recent (within the last 10 years) criminal case where the defendant either pleaded insanity, claimed that they were predisposed to commit crimes based on their environment, or stated that they were not in their right mind during the time of the incident. After finding your article, please address the following points:
Provide a detailed description of your case. Who was involved and what occured.
What defense did the defendant file? (Example, insanity)
How does this case relate to the chapter? (By relating I mean you can list which pioneer developed the defense that the defendant used and you can compare and contrast how the defense used it to the definition).
Lastly, state whether or not you agreewith the findings.
