dear writer you have worked on my paper 1 week ago and here again some new comments were added by my supervisor; they are as follows;
“The first three chapters are ok. But I have added a few comments that need to be addressed. For the result section, first of all it needs major organizing, it is not appropriate that you have many tables without explaining them enough. Also, when you talk about significance you do need to pay attention when to say that. What I noticed is that you say that for all variables and that’s not correct, so please revise and then modify your discussion section accordingly. Last thing, discussion section hasn’t mentioned anything about effectiveness and efficiency or the challenges so you do need to talk about that in light of your results.”
So the above is the general comments from my supervisor and don’t forget the comments inside the word file it self which they are very important to address all of them. Hence, in the first 3 chapters the supervisor mentioned that is it ok and she only added few comments so I did highlight the new additions of comments with gray color so you wont get confuse by old comments you already fix and adjust. Then after the first 3 chapters all comments are not highlighted because you need to address all of them as they are new additions.
Very important Note: previously when you worked on my paper I did notice that the Methodology part under the introduction section (in chapter 1) was deleted by you, so I did ask my supervisor if I can delete it due to there is a whole Methodology chapter which speaks about the same thing but in details, she replied back by saying: “you briefly talk about the study methodology in the introduction chapter.
So I did return it back in the word file under chapter 1 (1.5 Methodology). I did not highlight any comment with gray on this part because it was not addressed before by you, so kindly just check all of them and remember this part is briefly to talk about as recommended by the supervisor.
One more thing you will find a comment under chapter 3 (Sampling techniques) “When was your period of data collection? You need to provide that information? The answer for this question is it was during July and August 2023.
Last Note: all yellow colored parts are old adjustments the one in red are latest adjustment that was done by you, so for new adjustment kindly choose different color. Lastly, kindly update the table of content if it was changed based on the additions you will make.
