Week 1 Discussion Post
Using your text, and other college-level resources, explore the practice of mentoring:
Discuss the type of mentoring you would like to receive in a new marketing position. Explain why.
Analyze your skills and personality. Assess whether or not you would be a good mentor.
This post should be 1-2 paragraphs in length (at least 100 words). Since you are engaging in research, be sure to cite in the body of the post and add a reference list in APA format.
Week 1 Interactive Response to Classmates
Required Interactive Response to be made during week 1:
Select one student’s post with regard to the type of preferred mentoring. Are this student’s desires realistic? Explain why or why not.
Your reply should be one paragraph in length (or about 50 words) and must be substantive in nature. Do not simply say “I agree” or “That is great.” Specify why and be detailed in your explanation. You may use research in your responses, but it is not required.
Week 2 Discussion Post
Using your text, and other college-level resources, explore the characteristics of a change agent:
Looking at two characteristics of a successful change agent, analyze your skills and personality. Assess whether or not you would be good at promoting change.
This post should be 1-2 paragraphs in length (at least 100 words). Since you are engaging in research, be sure to cite in the body of the post and add a reference list in APA format. NOTE: Failure to use research with accompanying citations to support content will result in reduced scoring “Level 2-Developing” for Assignment-Driven Criteria, Critical Thinking, and Writing Mechanics and Referencing on the grading rubric.
