Employees must rely on leaders to advocate for them so that they are comfortable with their employment, just as leaders rely on their employees to help them implement new changes aimed to strengthen the unit Workers bring grievances, ideas, and areas of opportunity to their bosses not merely to vent, but in the hopes that the boss will act and fix the problem to enhance the workplace. This could be due to a lack of a specific item that employees require to succeed, a workplace or even personal issue, or a suggestion for improving the unit.
