BASIS FOR RFP
Fidelity is holding a 2- day corporate meeting in which approximately 250 company and industry leaders will attend.
NEEDS OF THE CLIENT
Your response to this RFP should include your recommendations and solutions based on and include the following:
In an introduction, please provide a brief description of your event planning company and the key positions held and which individuals will have responsibility for the relationship with our organization. Also, provide a description of your company’s service culture and a mission statement.
Meeting location should be in located in a suitable space in New York City, preferably Manhattan. Explain why you have chosen the venue you recommend. A detailed description of the meeting venue you have chosen, its location, kitchen facilities and banquet space.
Guests will arrive on Wednesday, March 11th 2022 at 10 am and begin departing on Thursday March 14th at noon.
A detailed attendee profile of the financial professional must be included.
A one page summary of the entertainment you are proposing and why.
Brief summary of the key note speaker you have chosen to deliver the opening message to the audience.
A detailed menu description of ALL meals, which breaks down as follows: lunch, mid-afternoon snack and dinner on Wed; breakfast, mid-morning snack on Thursday
A detailed floor plan of the banquet space.
A description of décor related items, including:
Linens; florals; permits; service staffing; licenses and insurance.
A one page summary of the promotional methods you will use to promote this event and why
