What information would you include on the website, that you feel will attract the next generation of healthcare leaders/professionals?
What information would you include on the website, that you feel would attract and retain more healthcare professionals to come to work for this prospective employer?

Your questions should be designed to establish candidate’s job knowledge based on the job functions and duties, status of credentials (if any), interest in the position or organization, long and short term goals, strengths and weaknesses, salary requirements, availability, etc. Now conduct a mock interview with someone you know in the position you have selected. Be sure you document both the interview questions as the interviewer, along with interviewee responses in detail.
