In this module, you will get the opportunity to learn more about personal leadership philosophies from others, including someone you admire, and then write your own personal leadership philosophy as each of us has a philosophy that guides us. This is your opportunity to pull together all that you’ve learned thus far and those leaders that you admire to define or redefine how you approach leadership opportunities by articulating your own personal leadership reflection.
Please research or chat with someone you admire as a leader and share their personal leadership philosophy with your colleagues through this forum and help your classmates get to know that leader themselves. Prior to completing your own discussion, be sure to review the example discussion posting. For your submission, please copy this template below, paste it into the forum, and complete it. Italics can be removed as they are instructional for you.
