In Norse mythology Loki is the trickster god and father of “Hel,” and has dominion over “Hel” itself. Many people have considered Loki to be heavily influenced by the Christian idea of Satan. Using at least two outside sources and our books, please write a 3-4 page essay asserting if you believe that Loki is Satan of the Norse world, or if you think he is merely fulfilling his role as trickster.
