I have included the Excel Sheet as well as the media types that go along with this. I have also included an example of this preliminary budget. This is a huge part of my final grade.
The budget is 40 Million.

Keep in mind that columns F and G have formulas in place. As you input your information, these formulas will automatically calculate your information and numbers. Remember this is a budget for paid commercial media only.
As you will see, there are subcategories under each of the various media types. For your preliminary budget, you do not need to have these unless you are prepared to include them at this time. For example, if you are planning on scheduling television for your plan, then make sure you identify how much money you plan to spend and the percentage that represents of the total budget. With respect to television, if you know that you will include national broadcast, national cable, and syndication, then include those subcategories. You do not need to dedicate the monetary amount as you probably haven’t had a chance to determine all of your costs at this point.
