Then, research the topic online. Identify AT LEAST three poor sources of information (websites spreading misinformation or spreading accurate information, but by chance, like blogs by non-experts) and three strong, scientific sources of information, maintained by experts in a relevant field. In each case, provide the URL for the site as well as a screenshot of the landing page. For each source, write up a one page (full page, 12-point font, double spaced) report on 1) what the website says about the issue (paraphrase, do not quote), whether it is flawed or accurate, what makes the website a trustworthy source of information, and HOW YOU KNOW you can trust the website (or not trust it, in the case of poor sources of info). Then, type up a paragraph with your conclusion about the answer to your question, informed by your research and relying ONLY on the strong scientific sources. To prevent a time crunch for grading at the end of the semester, you will need to submit this to me by no later than Monday the 16th.
