Examine the weekly question or video, read the assigned chapters for the week and provide a response using a minimum of 250 words. You are encouraged to take a position on the issue and to support it with deductive reasoning, logic and reference to the readings/materials. Submit your response by the assigned due date. There are many incarnations and it can include a wedding toast, eulogy, dedication, retirement party, baby shower, dinner speech, graduation ceremony, etc.
The speech will be graded on the following:

 Clear transitions and signposts through the speech
 Strong closing and final comment
