Create a creative story-board, PowerPoint Infographic template, or other type of information graphic that you can use to explain your results and understanding. This is your 1-page introduction to who you are as a leader with a primary focus on your CliftonStrengths. Think of it as a graphic or pictorial presentation of who you are as an innovation leader that incorporates the content listed below.

You may draw something, use pictures or a graphic you create, or whatever type of visual you would like to use to tell your story. I recommend looking up ideas on the internet on infographics or just let your creativity inspire you.

Please cover the following content:

Part 1: Becoming an Effective Leader of Innovation

  1. Identify and represent what behaviors and skills you think you would like to acquire to improve your impact as an innovation leader
  2. What characteristics and knowledge are needed in this age of healthcare given the complex and complicated issues leaders must address?
  3. Include your 5 top Clifton Strengths integrate into your sense of self and the use of your key strengths in applying the concepts of leadership and innovation?

Part 2: Emotional Intelligence & Emotional Competence

Start by taking an Emotional Intelligence test:

    1. Include your Emotional Intelligence score?
    2. What did you learn about yourself from the EI test?
    3. What is the difference between Emotional Competence and Emotional Intelligence?
    4. What are the benefits of Emotional Competence in healthcare?
    5. What value does EI bring to a leader, especially when working with global teams from different countries and with different sets of cultural values and behaviors?

Instructions:

  1. Your assignment should demonstrate an application of the concepts described in the readings and videos to display your insight.
  2. Create a 1 page infographic type document that displays information from above. Be creative.
  3. A total (minimum) of 1-2 references and citations for the assignment are required. You may include more if needed.
  4. Citations and references in 7th edition APA format are required.
  5. Your content and creativity is the key factor to demonstrate your assessment scores, what they mean to you and how they inform your leadership ability and emotional intelligence
