After reading this week’s articles and watching Dr. Crenshaw’s Ted Talk, which frameworks resonate more with you? Please explain.
Discuss how you would utilize the framework to respond to and navigate an interaction with a client who has shared with you her/his/their experience at work or school where they felt minimized due to a microaggression? You can utilize a practice example or imagine a practice experience, please name, and factor in where the client is at in the treatment process.

NOTE*******************************************************
Hello,
I am a clinical social worker. You can make up any situation. I am a male, and I work as a professor at a university and at a privet practice. Please make up what you want. I can tell you that people have been rude to me and judged me for being young in the field and for being a go-getter. People have been treating me rough due to men not knowing how to provide proper empathy to females so they would send girls to a female therapist and would not tell me. Also, when I came out as Bi-sexual I would have my job only give me LGBTQIA and hardly any other “Straight” clients. Also, I am from romania and in the romanian world I was referred as a gyps and been discriminated by Romans.
