The reading log should include research from journals, books and articles that address research in the field of business leadership, organizational behavior, business communication, economic conditions, management, human resource management, marketing, or management information systems. The reading log is a unique organization of references pulled from the above categories where the title and author is named, and two – three paragraphs written to describe how the research and the readings helped guide you through your path to a Bachelor’s Degree.  
Again, the narrative should include the author, title, and the research field applicable to the reading referenced. The narratives should be described each in double-spaced typed. The reading log should consist of a minimum of 10 books or articles that you have read. You cannot reference any of the textbooks used during your course of study here at Rosemont. References should be fully cited and recorded using APA guidelines.  Each summary should be accompanied by an APA reference listed on reference page alphabetically at the end of your summary analysis.

The role of organizational culture and citizenship behavior (Erkutlu, 2011).
This journal emphasizes the role that leaders play in the global environment. The author was meticulous in showing how culture affects business and leadership relationships. As I reflected on my journey educationally and career wise, I definitely see how important it is for organizations to be mindful of how they conduct business, build, and strengthen corporate and social responsibility to its employees and community.
