Part 1 should contain: a copy of your formal contract mirrored after the readings on behavioral contracts. You should have a write-up of 2 pages that contains your behavioral contract and intervention that contains an operational definition of your target behavior, a section identifying your measurement system and data collection methods/tools, a criterion for meeting your goal, how you will collaborate with your supporter, and the contingencies for meeting/not meeting your goal that are both reinforcement and consequent strategies.
Part 2: This is submitted after implementing your behavioral contract, which is submitted in part 1. Part 2 should contain: Your weekly journals, and a 2 page analysis of your results. Part 2 should contain: a copy of your weekly journals (1 page, hypothetical assumption of 8 weeks between part 1 and 2), and a 2 pages analysis of your results. Include connections to the readings on behavior contracts in your analysis with citations and references.
