Presentation Structure Must have 20-25 slides excluding title and reference page
- Introduction to the Role
- Common Problems and Issues Faced by Sports Coaches
- Solutions and Strategies to Address the Identified Problems Instructions for Narration/ Voice Over
- Introduce the role, emphasizing the importance of their work in developing, improving performance.
- Identify 1-5 common problems and issues faced, such conflicts, lack of resources, time management challenges, and burnout.
- Present potential solutions and strategies to address each problem, examples such as promoting effective communication within the team, securing funding for equipment and facilities, utilizing time management tools, and prioritizing coach wellness and self-care.
Ensure that each group presentation includes clear and concise narration/voice-over that effectively communicates the findings, challenges, and solutions related to the respective careers in leisure, physical activity, sports, coaching and recreational program coordination. Encourage group members to collaborate, research thoroughly, and present findings in an engaging and informative manner to captivate the audience and provide valuable insights into these dynamic and rewarding career paths.
