Please use the following template attached to complete a clincial judgement plan. Make up vital signs and some details about the patient. DO NOT USE ANY DISEASES OR DISORDERS. If there are questions that you don’t have the answer to, please write “N/A”. I also attached an example of what it can look like. But do not make it anything difficult. Keep it very simple please. The last page in the template that starts with “analyzing cues” please delete the instructions from each box and fill them in with 4 bullpoints each. All 5 boxes must match with each bulletpoint.
