please work on the first chapter it was not done professionally , abstract, introduction, problem statement, research objectives and justification of the research as well as conceptual framework . for example Problem statement might look like this;
Explain context and state problem (“the problem is XYZ”), supported by statistics and/or recent research findings
Explain the negative consequences of the problem to stakeholders, supported by statistics and/or recent research findings
Explain the gap in the literature.
