Complete the provided matrix. In the first column, build a list of the academic theorists, key models, and one or two noteworthy experiences. In columns 2, 3, and 4 note how they have informed your scholarship, practice, and leadership. Review the two examples provided below.

- What criteria would you use to evaluate your current status as a scholar-practitioner-leader? (for example, breadth of experience, or degree of specialization, or achievements as a leader)
- Using these criteria, what conclusions do you make?
- What working assumptions exist in your conclusions?
- What alternate views might exist?

Create a synthesis of your current understanding using the following questions to spur your thinking.
- What new questions can you ask that would continue your growth as a scholar practitioner leader?
- How can you expand what you currently know about yourself and those aspects of yourself you still need to explore?
- What are your plans for using the residency to engage in critical inquiry that leads to new leadership skills and practice.
- What specific leadership practices are you going to demonstrate within your residency course? Note: These leadership practices must be at the behavioral level, such that your facilitator and classmates will be able to observe or hear you demonstrating these behaviors.
- What vision of yourself do you wish to embody enact as a spl?
- If you were to create a model (brand) of your unique self in the future, what would it look like?
Format your personal reflection paper consistent with APA guidelines. Use of first person is appropriate for reflection papers.
