Primary & Secondary Research Reports
- Locate a primary research report (the first reporting of a research study by the person(s) who actually conducted the study). This should be an article from a scholarly journal (a periodical publication that prints scholarly essays and research studies) published in the year 2000 or later. Provide the full citation for the article in APA format. Summarize the article. Tell me 1) the purpose of the study, 2) the hypotheses and/or research questions, 3) who the participants were, 4) what procedures/instruments they used, and 5) the results of the reseach. Provide a link to the journal article.
- Locate a secondary research report (a report of a research study by someone other than the person who conducted the study). This may be an article from a newspaper or magazine. Identify the authors of the primary (original) research report and the journal where it was published. Include the link to the secondary research report. DUE SUNDAY BY 11:59 PM
