“Pro-active mechanisms for protection of social engineering attacks in healthcare organizations”

I am looking for a someone to be able to develop PhD level literature review. The topic of the research is “Pro-active mechanisms for protection of social engineering attacks in healthcare organizations”. The general IT problem is that data breaches caused by social engineering attacks have been a growing concern for healthcare organizations in their efforts to protect patient information.
The specific IT problem is that some healthcare IT operations managers lack the tools needed to implement information security training programs that include proactive measures against social engineering attacks. The conceptual framework used for this study is case study analysis using structuration theory. The literature review will need to meet to the following major requirements: – 50% of the literature review needs to be specific to the problem (see above) – 50% of the literature review will need to address the conceptual framework (see above) Additional requirements that need to be met: – 90% or more of the total sources used need to be published in 2016 or later – 90% or more of the total sources used in the literature review will need to be peer-reviewed The literature review needs to be synthesis of information and not summary. It needs to integrate the sources and: – Identify patterns – Critically discuss strengths and weaknesses of sources or the field – Compare and contrast methods, approaches, and findings of authors – Evaluate and interpret what is known in your field and what, if anything, is missing
