There needs to be a point to it all – it is research, but have a point – prove/argue something. For example, if you are dealing with tanning beds, you could give a brief history, and then talk about the good and bad, but by the end, what is the point? What are you arguing – it could be that you are arguing that they are dangerous and should be avoided, or you could argue that they are not dangerous and are a decent source of vitamin D to people. There should be somewhat of a balance between your sources and what you have to say about the topic. It should not be simply quote after quote.
