The description of possible solutions should be developed in detail and should include a balanced analysis that encompasses multiple viewpoints. The paper should provide recommendations based on the analysis (this could be the need for further research, implementing task shifting, focus for future interventions, etc.). The recommendations provided in the conclusion section are clearly supported by the evidence provided.

Thesis statement demonstrates critical thinking and describes how the violence relates to the specific community or context, potential or existing solutions, and whether the solutions are effective. The thesis statement provides a unique perspective and contribution to the topic/issue/field. The thesis is re-enforced in the conclusion.
Organization and Style. [3]
Includes a title, introduction, supporting paragraphs, and a conclusion. Paragraphs relate to a single topic, and include topic sentences. Writing is clear, concise and formal. There are few or no mistakes with grammar, spelling, punctuation, etc.
Evidence base.[4]
Contains at least 10 references, including 5 peer-reviewed references as per instructions. Paper provides a rich body of evidence that is clearly related to the thesis. Evidence shows depth and breadth of research (indicates critical thinking). Paper draws out the complexity of the topic through a variety of diverse sources. Statements and assertions are supported by references.
Formatting.[3]
Ten pages in length, double spaced, 11 or 12pt font. In-text citations are provided and the list of references is formatted in AMA/JAMA Style.
