This *Team Paper* has been worked — I need a REVISION to what has been done. See comments by instructor. Must include these corrections.
Write a paper of no more than 1,750 words.
Team the Risk Reporting assignment is one paper and just like the Week 2 Team Qualitative Risk Assessment paper it has a requirement for Part A and a separate requirement for Part B.
Part A is the individual Research, of one risk monitoring and one risk reporting practice from your project’s industry. This part of the paper should not exceed 1,750 words in length and it is not the total word count for the paper.. For example if your team has 5 members and each individual research synopsis is no more than 150 words your Team’s Part A should be between 750 words and no more than 1,750 words in length. It should include each Team members substantive response to the 5 key elements of Part A.
Part B is the Team analysis and it is approximately 1,400 words in length. There are 3 key elements to this part of the paper. When you summarize the risk monitoring and risk reporting methods from the individual research please show it in a table and list their pros and cons. (That is the tabular format requirement.)
Please notice how one key element of the assignment must have a narrative that asserts “theoretical risk management application of risk monitoring and reporting, including the analysis of project risk reporting requirements.”
A best way to approach this assignment is to have each team member submit a risk monitoring tool and a risk reporting tool for others to see early in the week and complete the research and show the results and response to Part A. The purpose of this assignment is to prepare you further, using a collaborative research and analysis approach for completing your individual Project Risk Management Plan in Week 6.
