So the first pic is the entire robot that is supposed to be moving on a golf course to hit the ball many times (up to 15-18 times) until the end of the course. So i am trying to calculate the safety factor of the ram that will hit the ball( which is the second assembly pic) so my stress analysis happens to be on the pins ( number 6 in the ram assembly) but I’m confused how to start and what to consider to find the safety factor. There’s also 75 N force coming toward the pin that should be consideration. Last pic is what I already have but i am not sure how I’m supposed to calculate the 75N for each pin and if there’s things as well to consider.
