Assignment Content
-
Using the information from the SporTek Consolidated Financial Statement and the Financial Ratios Study Notes, calculate the missing financial ratios for 2023 and enter them under the appropriate “2023” column. After calculating the ratios, answer the questions on the sheet attached.
To receive credit for this assignment, you are required to complete and upload to BB the SporTek Case Study – Financial Ratios document with your answers.
NOTES
- Remember that profitability ratios (the last three ratios) are expressed in percentages. If your calculator gives you an answer of .086, that is 8.6%. If your calculator gives you .412, that is 41.2%.
- Round all decimals two places for liquidity, activity and debt ratios (the first six ratios). For example, if your calculator says the answer is .274, submit .27. If the calculator says the ratio is 1.8368 submit 1.84
- If you need a refresher in rounding or converting decimals to percentage, e-mail me. I’m happy to schedule a time to meet on Zoom and assist.
