Instructions.
A purpose of seminar work is to describe, analyse, interpret and assess a process of strategy formulation in a selected company and to detect how a strategy assists a company to exist, survive or be successful in a dynamic and complex business environment. Seminar work has to be elaborated in conditions of a real, concrete company according to own choice without any reference to a size, an industry and a legal form. Data resources can come from live, vivid interviews, internal company’s information, open information resources, journals and web sites. The story must be real-life. In conclusion there are required partial and summarizing evaluating standpoints and practical proposals and recommendations.
Minimal extent of seminar work is 7 pages. Text of a commentary has to be elaborated in MS Word processor (typeface Times New Roman 12 points, 1,5 line, margin 2,5 cm). Seminar work will be handed in a self-binder with the first transparent page. Front-page is this assignment.
 
Term of assignment of seminar work: 1st week of winter semester
