The project report must include, but not limited to, the following: Project Description (Scope, location, year etc.) Project Team and Stakeholders

Pick any famous construction project from the past and imagine that your firm was the CM in charge of that project. Now you have been tasked to prepare a report on that project to showcase your firm’s expertise and legacy in delivering the state-of-the-art projects.
The project report must include, but not limited to, the following: Project Description (Scope, location, year etc.) Project Team and Stakeholders (designer, constructor, owner etc.) Business need (Why was it required) Estimated Schedule and Cost Final Schedule and Cost Issues faced by the project team Actions taken by the project team Lessons Learned for future projects Bibliography, use APA style citation
