The deliverable of this assignment is a focused analysis of project change in the Wembley FOOTBALL Stadium PROJECT)
.
In this analysis, in addition to exploring the mechanisms of managing project change, you are asked
to include in your consideration the manner in which human beings react to change: i.e. covering a range of commercial, personal, emotional and ‘political’ factors.
You are also asked to explore the governance and decision making process which underpins the change process and how these decisions impact on a range of project benefits/outcomes. And in this context, you are asked to
consider the balance between business and human (hard and soft) factors and their respective impacts on the success of the project.
The work will give you the opportunity to critically evaluate the application of change/risk/value management to a project when considered against the project management academic knowledge.
The work will also explore the relationship between change, value and risk management processes in a project.

Your report will be supported with a clear theoretical rationale,
academic references, relevant data, references to project specifications and information collected.

MARK SCHEME AND SUGGESTED SECTIONS
PART 1 -introduction/Project Context:

The clarity and conciseness with which relevant aspects of the project background is explained suitably setting the scene in which the quality of change and risk management processes have been exercised.- 10%
PART 2 – Analysis of Change/Risk/Value Processes:

The extent of the analysis of the methodologies, tools and their integration which demonstrates both understanding of how they were applied and an appreciation of their importance – 30%
PART 3 – Critical Evaluation of the Wembley Football Stadium Project Management processes:

The focus, precision and quality of the analysis which demonstrates both understanding and creativity in the critical evaluation of the quality of the project management
processes and the associated outputs, their appropriateness, relevance and value – 40%

The conclusion of the work be drawn from the preceding
content, and effectively summarize the findings from each part of the decision making that has been evaluated. It should provide relevant recommendations for future practice for this type of project.-10%
