Specifically, this case study is framed as a discussion between a biochemistry major and her boyfriend who is interested in trying the Keto diet. This case study considers metabolism in a relatable way as it ties together a variety of metabolism topics you can relates back to your own life. You will explore questions about basic cellular metabolism, ketones, and the overall health impacts of this popular diet as a fun way to delve further into our topic for week 4.
