 considering how much they each understood of the risks they were taking
 considering how much the audience/reader gets to know the defendants in the case
 considering the way each lawyer appeals to the jurors
 considering whether or not justice was served
 drawing your own thoughtful conclusions about the similarities and differences on these
two stories

 Depth of analysis.
