Lassiez-Faire leader- Type of leader (he might be transformational leader also but definitely a Lassiez-Faire leader) He is an effective leader He allows you to be responsible for any significant duties you must accomplish He is doesn’t like to micro-manage He allows you take initiative and be your own boss He is very encouraging and motivational He wishes the best for his employees and wants everyone to progress He behaves like a role model for someone to look up to He is a laborious, an ambitious, and intellectual worker He treats his employees fairly and with full respect He trusts that you will get the job done He expects full completion of the work to be done before approaching close of the store He rewards you for effort of work you put in. He pays attention to details and recognizes your work ethics you display at work He will spend time developing interpersonal relationship with you. He will make sure that you are taken care of He goes above and beyond He looks out for his workers well being He handles time management He is self-motivated and enlightening my energy whenever I’m feeling down
Other coworkers of mine says he is a doesn’t like to tell people what to do, he rather you learn, understand the concept and memorized the information and use your common sense to take advantage of opportunities that there. They say he is well determined, humble and trustworthy. He will make sure that you’re keep yourself in order.
