Assignment: IAW with the aforementioned OSHA & FAA SMS References, (the attached Files) & Examples, develop an OHSMS Safety Procedure or an FAA Safety Procedure for an SMS. Consider these resources and references and their associated elements when developing your Safety Program Procedure in terms of the “Elements” that would be essential as part of any Safety Procedure:

Title: Specific Safety Program Procedure e.g., Aviation Accident & Incident Investigation Program
Body:
1-Each Procedure Element will be in Bold Fontg., Purpose: Clearly states the overall objective and intent of the program document.
2-Do not be generic, each Procedure Element needs to be concise yet specific to the Procedure e.g., Example: Aviation Accident & Incident Investigation Program is a critical element of any Aviation Safety Program and SMS because it is essential to have documented procedures for what to investigate, how to conduct and document the investigation, and the purpose of investigation process (3-Ws), etc.
3-You may provide a concise paragraph outlining the requirement for each Procedure Element (50+ Words) i.e., the previous paragraph is 62 Words long, or if the Procedure Element includes Steps, list a minimum of five (5) and the next line is etc…
4-The intent is to understand and articulate the relevant content, not completely draft the entire procedure.
