Mr. Jones was seen today via telehealth while in his house. Client verbalized he was stable, remained A&O X4, verbally compliant, denied suicidal ideation, and no change in condition since last visit. He maintained good hygiene and reported eating healthy. Client verbalized next week Monday will be school resumption and he will be working 8-10am and 2:30-4:30pm (4hr/day) while he directs students to successfully cross the road. He further reported that coping with stress is challenging now that schools are resuming. School resumption will require him to dress different to meet up with traffic requirement. Client verbalized no resting time till school closes daily. He verbalized inadequate sleep and resting time, lack of social interaction will lead to stress. Client was educated on coping skills and how to balance life with work. kindly follow the rubric below.
