Choose a specific disability (ie: dyslexia, Asperger’s Syndrome,…) or disability area/classification (ie: behavioral disorders, emotional disturbance, learning liabilities,…). Write a paper in which you identify the characteristics of children with the disability(ies) you have chosen to research. Review several (minimum 3) research studies (real analytical studies not a regular Google search) that investigate effective teaching practices of these students, identify characteristics shared by the practices, and explain the reason for their effectiveness.
