Document attached below
Identify community resources in South Florida (Miami Dade County) that assist individuals and families with mental health issues as we progress through the term.
Complete ALL requested information for each required resource. Specific instructions are found at the top of each tab.
After locating the type and number of services required for each tab, complete the Gap Analysis tab.
This is very important as this is the “critical thinking” portion of the assignment and is the place where you can analyze the situation in your community and consider ways to make positive change. As part of the Gap Analysis, you will identify three gaps in the services you identified and how they specifically affect underserved populations. You will be asked to identify one specific, actionable suggestion for each gap you identified that your community could fill from a systems perspective. You will then be asked to identify one specific, actionable suggestion for each gap you identified that that you as an APRN can fill from an individual APRN perspective. Please consider your suggestions carefully to ensure that they are actionable and that they are specifically targeted to close the gaps in resources that you identified.
